Cooperation”
In order to become a member of
NACPA and take advantage of the cost savings from the cooperative contracts,
the chief executive of your agency signs this intergovernmental
agreement. This may require a resolution of the governing body to authorize
the executive to enter into this agreement. Please look over the current by-laws of NACPA. If you have any questions or
